We are located centrally in the south Bend, Oregon area at 19530 Amber Meadow Drive in the Brookswood Meadow Plaza. Find us at the corner of Brookswood Boulevard and Amber Meadow Drive, approximately three miles south of the Powers Road Roundabout.
- From the north or west, follow Brookswood Boulevard south, through the Murphy/Brookswood Roundabout and continue just past Elk Meadow Elementary School. Turn right onto Amber Meadow Drive.
- From the south or east, take Baker Road to Brookswood Boulevard and head north for one mile. Turn left onto Amber Meadow Drive when you see the Brookswood Plaza flags.
